I am relaxed – at ease and feel healthy throughout my body.
The key to relaxing is remembering to breath. If you find yourself tense in the stomach and chest and realize that you are only taking short breaths. Stop what you are doing, take deep breaths and listen – recite the above positive until you feel the relaxation spread throughout your body.
Day in and day out, we have a choice in how we feel and how we want our body to feel. Not to say that you won’t feel stress. The point is, how will you react to it? Choose to face life head on, relaxed and with a positive mind set.
